Martindale Place has a passion for providing outstanding housing at affordable pricing. On occasion, there are seniors that are unable to afford the full cost of our housing options but still truly desire to live in and contribute to our community. Our Resident Assistance Fund fills this gap for these seniors.
*Through a partnership with First Reformed Church – your donations will receive a tax receipt that will be mailed out annually.
